You Crack An Expensive Joke But The IGP Isn’t Laughing- Samini Teases Shatta Wale

Popular Ghanaian musician, Samini has taken a swipe at his dancehall colleague Shatta Wale for faking and spreading news about him being shot.

Reports had it that Shatta Wale had been shot in Accra by some unknown gunmen.

However, the reports turned out to be false and was a stunt pulled by the musician to draw attention to himself after a Prophet said he was going to be killed on October 18.

Shatta Wale has indicated that he is on the run and until he has the assurance that his life is safe, he is not returning.

The Police on the other hand are looking for him and have begun investigating issues regarding the supposed shooting incident.

Reacting to the stunt pulled by Shatta Wale, Samini said he was not shocked that his colleague, Charles Nii Armah Mensah will pull such an expensive stunt.

He further noted that the current Inspector General of Ghana Police George Akuffo Dampare will not take this issue lightly like issues have been taken in the past and therefore Shatta Wale should expect actions taken against him.
