Controversial Ghanaian Lawyer Maurice Ampaw has intimated that it is a crime against the 1992 constitution of Ghana to make noise while having sexual intercourse.
According to the controversial lawyer, making noise while making love subsequently disturbs another person’s peace of mind which he claims to be termed as “Sexual Nuisance” in the constitution.

Speaking in an interview on the United Showbiz on UTV hosted by Nana Ama Mcbrown, Lawyer Maurice Ampaw stated that a person can be penalized by the law should his pleasure disrupt the peace of other people.
He stated that most people find it difficult to sleep especially when their next-door neighbors are making love and also making noise during the process and as such, they can be penalized by the law.
